Ve výše uvedeném příkladu
1. new Date()Objekt udává aktuální datum a čas.

2. getDate()Metoda vrátí den od zadaného data.
let day = currentDate.getDate(); console.log(day); // 26
3. getMonth()Metoda vrátí měsíc od zadaného data.
let month = currentDate.getMonth() + 1; console.log(month); // 8
4. 1 je přidán do getMonth()metody, protože měsíc začíná od 0 . Leden je tedy 0 , únor je 1 atd.
5. getFullYear()Vrátí rok od zadaného data.
let year = currentDate.getFullYear(); console.log(year); // 2020
Poté můžete datum zobrazit v různých formátech.
