Kontingenční tabulka: Kontingenční tabulka za poslední 4 týdny -

Chcete-li vytvořit kontingenční tabulku, která zobrazuje data za poslední 4 týdny (tj. Průběžné 4 týdny), můžete do zdrojových dat přidat sloupec pomocníka k označení záznamů v posledních 4 týdnech a poté pomocí sloupce pomocníka filtrovat data v kontingenční tabulka. V zobrazeném příkladu je aktuální datum 25. srpna 2019 a v kontingenční tabulce jsou uvedeny 4 úplné předchozí. Když budou časem přidána nová data, kontingenční tabulka bude i nadále sledovat předchozí 4 týdny na základě aktuálního data.

Pole

V zobrazené kontingenční tabulce jsou ve zdrojových datech čtyři pole: Datum, Prodej, Týden a Filtr. Filtr je pomocný sloupec se vzorcem označujícím poslední 4 týdny. Týden je pomocný sloupec, který vrací pondělí pro dané datum (pouze pro přehlednost). Prodej je pole hodnoty a týden byl přidán jako pole řádku do skupiny podle týdne:

Vzorec

Zkopírovaný vzorec použitý v D5 (týden) je:

=B5-WEEKDAY(B5,3)

Tento vzorec vrací pondělí v týdnu pro dané datum.

Zkopírovaný vzorec použitý v E5 (filtr) je:

=AND(B5>=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)-28,B5

This formula checks for dates in the last n weeks. It returns TRUE when a date is in the last 4 complete weeks, and FALSE if not. See the link for a full explanation.

Customizing week count

To customize the weeks displayed, adjust the Filter formula as needed to increase or decrease days. For example, to display the last 6 weeks (42 days), use:



=AND(B5>=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)-42,B5

Steps

  1. Add helper column for Week with the formula above
  2. Add helper column for Filter with the formula above
  3. Create a pivot table
  4. Add Sales as a Value field
  5. Add Week as a Row field
  6. Set number formatting for Week as desired
  7. Add helper column as a Filter, filter on TRUE
