Převod stop a palců na desítková stopa - tipy pro Excel

Mám tabulku aplikace Excel se sloupcem délek ve formátu 12 '6 7/8 ". Jak mohu pomocí aplikace Excel převést toto na desítkové stopy? Nechci rozdělit sloupec na dvě části. Pak, jak mohu převést zpět na stopy a palce v aplikaci Excel ?.
